Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and Registration
Use of certain features requires creation of an account using a valid email address and password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence remains your liability.
Account Security
You agree to notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We recommend choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available additional security measures. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials. All activity under your account is deemed to be performed by you.
Permitted Use
You shall use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform. You must not introduce malware or engage in any form of disruptive behavior. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your access.
User Content
When you upload, post, or submit content, you retain ownership but grant us a non‑exclusive license to use it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You represent that you hold all necessary rights for any content you submit. We assume no responsibility for content uploaded by users.
Fees and Payments
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and non‑refundable, except as explicitly stated here. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal. You may disable auto‑renewal via your account settings. Renewal fees are charged to the payment method on file. No pro‑rata refunds are provided for partial periods.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any modification or discontinuation. Continued use implies acceptance of the altered service.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any unlawful conduct. You will receive notice of suspension and, where feasible, an opportunity to remedy the breach. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately. You must cease all use of the service and delete related materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties. This clause survives termination of your access.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is located. Any dispute shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or court.
